Title:
GRIT FASTENED BAR FOR TRAINING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3410234
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable operation with a touch in the cutting of an artificial tooth comprising an epoxy resin, polypropylene or the like using this grit fastened bar for training equivalent to that in the cutting of human dentinum or enumelum by a commercial diamond bar.
CONSTITUTION: A cutting part 1a in which a mixed grit 2 is fastened as mixed with a grit different in particle size thereof over a specified length range from the end part of a base metal 1 is formed to build a diamond bar A. Because of difference in the particle size of the grip fastened to the cutting section 1a, the grit contributing to cutting increases with an increase in the load imposed on an artificial tooth to improve the cutting property. This tendency is the same with the property of cutting the human dentinum or enumelum by a commercial diamond bar.
