To provide a grommet capable of restraining cost increase in a vehicle mounted with the grommet.

This grommet 1 is to be mounted on a hole in a panel. The grommet 1 includes a grommet body 4 and a fitting portion 5. The fitting portion 5 includes a contact portion 6, a primary flange 7, a secondary flange 8, a first taper surface 10 and a second taper surface 11. The contact portion 6 comes into contact with the inner surface of the hole. The first flange 7 and the second flange 8 are protruded from both ends of the contact portion 6 to the outer periphery. The first taper surface 10 is provided at the end of the second flange 8 close to the first flange 7. The second taper surface 11 is provided between the contact portion 6 and the second flange 8. An angle 2, formed by the second taper surface 11 and an alternate long and short dash line P which represent the surface of the panel, is made to be smaller than an angle 1 formed by the first taper surface 10 and the alternate long and short dash line P.
