PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact grommet that is able to facilitate mounting on a vehicle-body-side panel member by greatly reducing force required to insert a locking pawl part of an inner member into a panel hole.SOLUTION: A grommet comprises: a grommet body 12 in which an electric wire group W for a wire harness is inserted; and an inner member 14 having a plurality of locking pawl parts 23. The inner member 14 has a first annular base plate 21 and a second annular base plate 22 that engage with each other such that rotation of one of them is stopped in the grommet body 12 and they are rotatable relative to each other. The first annular base plate 21 supports the plurality of locking pawl parts 23 such that the locking pawl parts are radially movable. The second annular base plate 22 can be disengaged from the locking pawl parts 23 from radially inside in accordance with the direction of relative rotation. It has a backing guide plate part 22d that, when the position of relative rotation is on the engaged side, holds the locking pawl part 23 in an increased diameter state such that they are engaged with a panel face side. When the position of relative rotation is on the separation side, it has a free shape in which the plurality of locking pawl parts 23 are separate from the panel face side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
