Abstract:
To provide a reliability quantification method for dominant frequencies that are estimated based on measurement results for microtremors.SOLUTION: A ground estimation method for estimating dominant frequencies of a ground that has hard bedrock below the ground surface includes: a microtremor measuring step; a spectrum calculation step; a dominant frequency estimation step; a target spectrum ratio setting step for setting a target spectrum ratio based on at least one of an HX/V spectrum ratio and HY/V spectrum ratio; a target frequency setting step for setting the range of frequencies between the upper limit frequency that is larger than the dominant frequency and the lower limit frequency that is smaller than the dominant frequency according to the target spectrum ratio: a normalized moment calculation step for calculating the area of the target spectrum ratio in the target frequency and the moment around the dominant frequency, and calculates a normalized moment obtained by dividing the moment by the area; and a reliability index calculation step for calculating a reliability index for the dominant frequency based on the normalized moment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
