Abstract:

To provide a grounding structure for a motor by which the tip end of a grounding terminal can be simply and positively brought into contact with the opening end surface of a yoke to surely reduce electric noises in a given frequency range.

The grounding structure for a motor 10 is provided with a bottomed cylindrical yoke 11; a brush holder 17 which is fitted in the opening 11a of the yoke 11, and is fitted with a brush 25 and a grounding terminal 22 connected to each other via a capacitor 23 for reducing electric noises; and a gear case 12 fitted so as to close the opening 11a of the yoke 11. The tip end 22c of the tip end part 22b of the grounding terminal 22 is made to be brought into contact with the opening end surface 11b of the yoke 11, while being pressed against the opening end surface of the yoke.
