In the grounding tool for work comprising: a clamping device 10 connectable to a transmission line side; a linear connection 20 of which one end is connected to the clamping device 10 and of which the other end is connectable to the steel tower side of the transmission line; and a support rod 30 for supporting the clamping device 10, the clamping device 10 tightens a connection object on the transmission line side by rotation of the support rod 30, and a movable part 50 installed at the support rod 30 and having elasticity is provided. In the movable part 50, the support rod 30 is kept linear with respect to the own weight of the clamping device 10, and the rotational torque is transmitted which is generated by rotating the support rod 30.
