Abstract:
To provide a group roller supporter of a wire saw which can grasp an accurate temperature.
Temperature sensors 76A, 76B are installed on the outer cylinders 72A, 72B of spindle units 62A, 62B. Thereby, the real temperature of the spindle units 62A, 62B can be grasped accurately. By controlling the flow rate of a refrigerant supplying to refrigerant flow routes 74A, 74B based on this temperature result, the temperature control of the spindle units 62A, 62B can be carried out accurately and the cutting accuracy of the wire saw is stabilized.
