Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a grout for ground improved in the abilities to grout ground and to lower the water permeability of ground.
CONSTITUTION: This grout is a paste comprising fine jelly particles obtained by breaking water-based silicic jelly lumps of an SiO2 content of 1-60wt.% and water in an amount of 10-200vol.% based on the particles. Alternatively, the grout is a paste comprising fine jelly particles obtained by breaking water- based silicic jelly lumps of an SiO2 content of 1-60wt.%, water in an amount of 10-200vol.% based on the particles, and 1-30wt.% slaked lime or cement based on the particles.
