Abstract:
To provide novel peptides and methods to prevent, control and treat an inflammation, cancer and other disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and the lung.SOLUTION: A method comprises administering at least one agonist of a guanylate cyclase receptor either alone or in combination with a compound selected from among i) 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) or a derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, ii) mercaptopurine, and iii) an anti-TNF therapy.SELECTED DRAWING: None
