To provide a guard system, utilizing the Internet in order to automatically report an emergency, caused on a guard object item including its moving state and having a contract with a security company, to the security company and its contractor.

The guard system consists of three parties, a command center terminal system, having a communication means capable of two-way communication means such as the Internet, related guard company terminal systems installed in networking related guard companies and guard object item terminals. The command center terminal system is provided with an emergency notice reception means, by which the command center terminal system receives an emergency notice from the guard object terminal system, a nearest guard company retrieval means by which the command center retrieves a nearest guard company that is located nearest from a guard object item from among the networking-related guard companies, and an emergency notice program transmission means that transmits an emergency notice program, such as a chat program to the guard object item and the nearest guard company for transmitting the emergency notice to them for two-way communication of emergency notice items.
