PURPOSE: To more surely and quickly transmit a message to a user by directly displaying the contents of the message on the display panel in a guest room by an instruction operation using a telephone line from a management part side.

CONSTITUTION: The telephone line 12 for connecting the transmitter-receiver 22 of the guest room and the transmitter-receiver 14 of a management part through a telephone exchange 18 is installed, the system is provided with a timer means 28 for measuring the lapse of the time and outputting timer information, a message information output means 16 for outputting message information to the guest room, the display panel 24 for picture-displaying the contents based on the timer information and/or the message information and message display control parts (14, 18 and 26) for transmitting the message information to the display panel 24 and lets the contents be displayed based on an input instruction using the telephone line 12 from the management part transmitter-receiver 14 and the required message contents are directly displayed at the display panel 24 when the user i,s absent.
