Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a plurality of airframes from being guided to the same target in a guidance device wherein the target is detected on the basis of a reflected wave from the target and guidance is executed on the basis of the detection.
CONSTITUTION: At the time when a radio wave is radiated from a transmitter 10 and when a reflected wave from a target 1 is received by two receivers 13 and 14 and two target detection signals 108 and 109 are outputted and in the case when targets shown by these signals are in specific states, a separate- target reception signal 110 is outputted and the timing of frequency modulation of a transmission wave in a frequency control signal generator 9 is changed. In the case when the specific states of the two targets are not changed even by this change of the timing of the frequency modulation, it is judged that the two targets are detected, and a guiding operation is executed thereafter. When the specific states of the two targets are changed, it is judged that the targets are detected on reception of the reflected wave of the radio wave of another guidance device, and the guiding operation is not executed so as to avoid an overkill and a search is continued.
