To efficiently suppress spread of a balloon of a yarn.SOLUTION: A guide cylinder 50 assists unwinding of a yarn Y from a yarn feeding bobbin SB. The guide cylinder 50 includes a first cylinder part 51 which extends along a center axis line L and has a cylindrical shape, and a second cylinder part 52 which extends along the center axis line L and is connected to the end on the upstream side in a travel direction of the yarn Y unwound from the yarn feeding bobbin SB in both ends along the center axis line L in the first cylindrical part 51.
