Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform whole body exercise by electric driving and self-activation by fixing arms to both ends of a position-movable rotary shaft, extending them in mutually opposite directions close to the right angle and freely extensibly and contractibly providing the respective arms provided with a holding ring and a stepping rod on the ends as the extension. CONSTITUTION: The arms 7 are fixed to both ends of the position-movable rotary shaft 4 and extended in the mutually opposite directions close to the right angle, and the respective arms 6 provided with the holding ring 1 and the stepping rod 2 on the ends are freely extensibly and contractibly provided as the extension. That is, sitting on a stool is performed, feet are mounted on the stepping rod 2, the holding ring 1 is held with hands, the hands and the feet are matched with a rotary exercise guide and the whole body exercise is performed by the electric driving and the self-activation.
