Bar-shaped guide members 32a and 32b having tensely set thereto two band wiping cloths 31a and 31b designed for wiping the surfaces of game media M1 and M2 such as tokens and coins comprises a guide rod 36 which is of a hollow shape so as to allow a cleaning fluid to be supplied and has annular dents 48a and 48b which communicate with the hollow interior 38 and which are formed surrounding the guide rod 36 on the outer circumferential surface, and a cylindrical cover 37a which is outwardly fitted to the guide rod 36 so as to block the annular dents 48a and 48b and has discharge holes 39 communicating with the annular dents 48a and 48b, on the outer circumferential surface. Further, a cleaning fluid to be supplied to the hollow interior 38 of the guide rod 36, is allowed to seep into the two band wiping cloths 31a and 31b by discharging the cleaning fluid from the discharge hole 39 through the annular dent parts 48a and 48b.
