Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent winding of a very fine wire in such a state that a curl and damage are formed on the very fine wire even when the very fine wire under a feed is come-off from a guide pulley.
SOLUTION: A recessed part 20 is formed in the side 17a of a guide pulley 15 and the tip of a leaf spring 21 is positioned in the recessed part 20. A disc 22 is formed in a V-shaped groove 23 togetherwith the leaf spring 21. A wire 10 dislocated from a groove 19 is dropped in the V-shaped groove 23, and worn off through friction at the bottom of the V-shaped groove 23. This constitution prevents winding of the wire in such a state that a curl and damage are formed on the wire 10.
