Title:
GUIDE PULLEY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3702548
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide pulley which is excellent in durability, miniaturization, weight-lightening and attachment/detachment of which are easy and with which a transported gold wire is smoothly guided without damaging.
SOLUTION: The main body 1 of the pulley is a annular member consisting of wear-resistant ceramic, steel base and alloy base materials and a guide groove 1a for guiding the transpoted wire is formed on the outer peripheral part. A bearing 2 is a ball bearing and its outside diameter is formed smaller than the inside diameter of the main body 1 of the pulley and into a size which is loosely fit inside the main body 1 of the pulley. Between the main body 1 of the pulley and the bearing 2, a ring 3 formed from soft materials such as synthetic resin of 'Teflon(R)' or the like is detachably interposed. Because the ring 3 is elastically deformed at the time of attaching the main body 1 of the pulley, the clearance between the main body 1 of the pulley and the bearing 2 is filled and both are fixed.
