To provide a guide shoe 1 to be slid along a guide rail provided on a moving passage for guiding the movement of a movable body such as an elevator car, improved in development and production efficiency and consequently reduced in development and production costs.
The guide shoe comprises a guide shoe assembly having a shoe assembly 4 with a vibration damping rubber 7 integrally formed on the outer face of a shoe 5 to be slid along the guide rail and a housing 9 for holding the shoe assembly 4 to be fixed to the movable body and a connection guide shoe assembly having a connection shoe assembly 24 with a vibration damping rubber 27 integrally formed on the outer face of a shoe 25 to be slid along the guide rail and a connection housing 29 for holding the connection shoe assembly 24. To the guide shoe assembly, the connection guide shoe assembly is connectable, wherein the shoes 5, 25 are lengthwise adjustable in the sliding direction.
