PURPOSE: To call passenger's attention with a reporting means a prescribed time before department by combining a register which sets the difference between the present time and a predeterminate time to a timer, a timer means, a comparing means, and a passenger card.
CONSTITUTION: A register A incorporates a clock 1 which counts the present time, and numerical information indicating the present time from this clock 1 is applied to an arithmetic processing circuit 2, and numerical information related to the predeterminate departure time is inputted to the circuit 2. The circuit 2 compares numerical information related to the predeterminate departure time and that indicating the present time from the clock 1 with each other to output numerical information related to the residual time. A passenger card B incorporates a register 5, and numerical information X related to the time to departure and a timer start signal Y are applied to a register 5 and a timer circuit 7 to start counting. The counted value is compared with information X related to the time to departure; and when a comparing circuit 9 detects coincidence between information X and numerical information related to the elapsed time, a control output is generated from the comparing circuit 9 and is sent to an oscillator 10.
