Abstract:
To provide a fish flake transfer device which can accurately transfer irregularly shaped fish flakes to a prescribed position.SOLUTION: A fish flake transfer device 21 for transferring irregularly shaped fish flakes comprises: a flake pinching member 25 which approaches from above and pinches fish flakes X placed in a prescribed place; and transfer means 22 which moves the flake pinching member 25 in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. The flake pinching member 25 comprises a pinching head 284 having: a top face contact member 288 which contacts top faces of the fish flakes X when approaching the same from above; and a pinching slide member 285 having an inclined contact part 286 which is inclined to open upward and slide-contacts both side faces of the fish flakes X from both sides in the lateral direction and pinches the same in the state that the top face contact member 288 contacts the top faces of the fish flakes X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
