Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to accurately measure the outlet gap between the cone cave and mantle of a spiral moving crushing machine which sets the outlet gap by vertically moving a concave support holding a concave with a screw mechanism and the abrasion wear thereof with good accuracy and to automatically change and adjust the outlet gap based on the measured value thereof with smooth operability.
CONSTITUTION: This spiral moving crushing device has a driving device 14 which rotates a concave support 10, an input detector 15 which detects the fluctuation in the current to the driving motor 13 of this driving device 14, a revolution detector 16 which detects the number of revolution of the concave support 10, an arithmetic display device 17 which processes the signal from this revolution detector 16 in accordance with a conversion program to calculate the moving quantity of the concave support 10 and stores and displays this quantity and a back pressure detector 19 which detects the fluctuation in the back pressure of the static pressure type thrust bearing 4b of a spindle 4. In addition, the input detector 15, the arithmetic display device 17 and the back pressure detector 19 are connected to a controller 20 of the driving device 14.
