To provide a gyro signal processing device free from impairing of correcting function to the delay in rising of a circuit, waving-back phenomenon and fluctuation of frequency during panning caused by a conventional capacitor of a high-pass filter.
A DC level of a signal is adjusted to a prescribed value. As voltage fluctuation does not occur immediately after the termination of rapid charging by adjusting voltages at both ends of the capacitor to be approximately agreed with each other during rapid charging of the capacitor of the high-pass filter, a rising time of the circuit is hastened. Further by making the DC level of the signal approximately agreed with reference voltage of the circuit, the high-pass filter for eliminating a DC component becomes unnecessary, and the impairing of the correcting function to the waving-back phenomenon and the fluctuation of frequency during panning can be prevented.
