Abstract:
To improve determination accuracy of a raw-down.SOLUTION: The raw-down determination apparatus includes: an image-obtaining part for obtaining a plurality of images photographed with insides of a blast furnace through a monitor window provided at a tuyere of the blast furnace every predetermined time; a data-generating part for generating first time series data composed of respective luminance representative values of a first time width of the past by computing respective luminance representative values from the plurality of images; an abnormal determination value-computing part for computing an abnormal determination value for determining the raw-down using the first time series data with an auto-correlation function; and a raw-down determination part for determining whether a raw-down occurs or not on the basis of the abnormal determination value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
