Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize, in a good balance, a reduced irritating odor of alkaline chemicals, a brightness imparted to hair and an improved feel of finished hair in a hair-bleaching composition or a hair-dye composition, and to stably ensure an appropriate viscosity when using the composition.
SOLUTION: In the hair-bleaching composition comprising a first agent containing alkaline chemicals and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, or the hair-dye composition comprising a first agent containing a dye and alkaline chemicals and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, the first agent and/or the second agent are allowed to contain (A) a non-ionic surfactant, (B) a cationic polymer compound and/or an amphoteric polymer compound and (C) an isoparaffin.
