Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cleaning composition that has a high rate of viscosity change depending on pH variation, and sufficient foaming stability and rinsing performance by adding specific polyvinyl alcohol, as a viscosity stabilizer, to a weakly acidic hair cleaning composition compounded with an N-acyl neutral amino acid salt and an amphoteric surfactant.
SOLUTION: This hair cleaning composition contains an N-acyl neutral amino acid salt (for example, a salt of N-acyl-N-methyl-β-alanine) (a), an amphoteric surfactant (for example, N-decylbetaine) (b), and a polyhydric alcohol (c) selected from propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, hexylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol and glycerin, in the concentration satisfying the conditions that formulation ratios of respective components of this hair cleaning composition is (a):(b)=(10:1) to (10:9), and (c)/(a+b)=0.05-0.20, and that the concentration of components (a)+(b)+(c) is 10.0-30.0%.
