Abstract:

To provide a hair cosmetic which little changes with the passage of time, can set hair, has a high setting force and a high set-holding force, and gives a good sense of use little having a stiff sense and a sticky sense, after finishing to set the hair.

This hair cosmetic is characterized by comprising (A) a carboxyl group-having polymer, (B) a polyhydric alcohol, and (C) a cross-linking agent, wherein (A) the carboxyl group-having polymer and (C) the cross-linking agent form a cross-linked structure, when used.
