Abstract:
To provide a hair cosmetic that comprises a combination of a cationic surfactant and an anionic surfactant at a specific ratio, so that it can have an improved effect of conditioning hair during the application of the cosmetic and after drying of the hair.SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic comprises the following (a)-(d) as essential components, with the mass ratio of (b) to (a), (b)/(a), being 0.02-0.5, so that the cosmetic has stable excellent conditioning properties.
