PURPOSE: To prevent the hair from becoming dry, and protect the hair by a method wherein air which is generated by the rotation of a fan is divided into an upper passage and lower passage with a partitioning plate, and the air in the upper passage is made hot air by heating with a heater, and the air in the lower passage is mixed with ozone and made an ozonized air.

CONSTITUTION: Air which is generated by a fan 2 is sent to an air passage 3 at the downstream, and is divided into top and bottom air passages 3a, 3b. A heater 7 is arranged in the upper passage 3a, and the air which flows in the upper passage 3a is heated with the heater 7, and blown out from an outlet 1c as hot air. In the lower passage 3b, an ozone generator 8 consisting of an ozone generating circuit 8a and ozone generating element 8b is arranged, and the air which is introduced to the lower passage 3b from an air feeding opening 5 and flows in the lower passage 3b blows out ozone which is generated by the ozone generator 8 as an ozonized air from the outlet 1c. The hot air and ozonized air which have passed the upper passage 3a and lower passage 3b are blown out to the outside from the outlet 1c.
