In the hair dyeing agent container, a double container thereof comprises an inner container 16 for housing a hair dyeing agent composition containing the basic dyeing agent and an outer container 8a for housing the inner container 16. The inner container 16 has at least one layer made of a substance selected from among aluminum, polyethyleneterephthalate, polyacrylonitrile, silicon dioxide and alumina having a barrier property to the basic dyeing agent and a spray agent is packed in the inner container or between the inner and outer containers.
