PURPOSE: To provide a hairdye applying tool which can be embodied compactly, feed the dye to the application part always in good workmanship, and permits easy handling in service.

CONSTITUTION: A hairdye applying tool A consists of a dye accommodation part 21 which is filled with the dye and an application part 22 to which the dye is attached for applying it to the hair. The dye accommodation part 21 is composed of a vessel body 23 equipped with an opening 23a and a sponge member 24 to be impregnated with the dye and accommodated in the vessel body. The application part 22 is equipped with a lid 25 mounted removably to the opening and blocking it liquid-tightly and a plurality of combteeth sets 26, 26... furnished on the lid and accommodated in the vessel body when the opening is blocked by the lid.
