To further improve a conventional toilet paper holder (roll paper holding tool) to be used after use of toilet or the like though the toilet paper holder is constituted so that roll paper is unwound by hand, an end piece of the roll paper is reeled out so as to have proper length, cut off by touching a paper cut plate of an apparatus, then, the end piece of the roll paper is reeled out without touching the roll paper, toilet paper is rotated by two pressing plates and a gear device to reel out the end piece of roll paper by a simple drive mechanism.

Helical spring force is newly applied to the paper holder, a single pressing plate is once pressed to reel out the end piece of the roll paper, continuously pressed for a plurality of times to reel out to optional length and cut off the roll paper.
