Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain foreign matter from entering between a rotating shaft and a half-split bearing.SOLUTION: A groove 17A is provided on a mating face 14A, and is recessed from the mating face 14A. A groove 17B is provided on a mating face 14B, and is recessed from the mating face 14B. Even when a foreign matter is contained in lubricating oil supplied from a crank pin, the foreign matter passes through the groove 17A and the groove 17B, and is discharged to the outside of a half-split bearing 10. Accordingly, the foreign matter is prevented from entering between the crank pin and the half-split bearing 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
