Abstract:
Optically active compounds of formula: wherein R represents hydroxy, (C1-4) alkoxy, aralkoxy, oxypropylsulfonic acid and salts thereof, primary amino, mono (C1-4) alkyl amino, di (C1-4) alkylamino, and hydroxyamino groups and X represents a halogen atom. These compounds have analgesic, antipyretic, antiphlogistic, antipruritic, fibrinolitic and normolipidemic activities. Methods for preparing the optically active compounds are described.
