PURPOSE: To improve the taking-in and discharge performance of excurvated sand and earth without drop resistance in water.
CONSTITUTION: A rising/falling frame 6 with a plurality of shieves 8 mounted thereon is arranged in a hammer glove main body 1 so that the frame 6 can move up and down according to the movement of a wire rope 10. In the frame 6 a vertical hollow part is formed with the lower shieve 8 or a spring 42 is shifted to an inner wall side. The total area of drain holes 32d, 45a, 45b in the main body 1 is made larger than the water passing area of any portion of cross sectional part of the frame 6. At an upper part of the frame 6, the multiple hammer shieves 8 are arranged to be close to the inner wall of the main body 1 while a shieve shaft 7 is arranged in the radial direction of the main body 1. One end of each link 36 transmitting the movement of the frame 6 to a pair of shells 20 is connected to both ends of each shell 20.
