Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article transfer device capable of more safely taking out articles.SOLUTION: There is provided a hand device 7 for taking out an article W from a placing position on which the article W is placed. The hand device 7 includes a substrate 21 having a lower support part 34 for supporting the article W to be transferred from a lower side. The hand device 7 includes a first movable body 24 and a second movable body 25 holding the article W. The first movable body 24 and the second movable body 25 are movable in the same direction, is adjustable in a clearance, and moves the article W in a state of holding the article W onto the lower support part 34. The article W is transferred in a state of supporting the article W on the substrate 21 to a station as a prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
