To provide a hand disinfectant composition having sufficient suppressing effect on chapped hands, an excellent feeling of use without stickiness after drying and a sufficient disinfectant effect.

The hand disinfectant composition contains following ingredients (A), (B) and (C): (A) 40-95 mass% of ethanol and/or isopropanol; (B) 0.2-3 mass% of water-soluble polyhydric alcohol; and (C) 0.01-0.15 mass.% of fatty acid triglyceride.
