Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held tool capable of cutting the corner part of a plate precisely and easily at a desired position.SOLUTION: Lever members 1 and 2 are turnably born by a shank 3. On one side of the shank 3, there extend the holding parts 4 and 5 which can be gripped by one hand, and a cutting part 6 is formed on the other side from the shank 3. A cutting blade 7 is fixed at the leading end of the lever member 1 in the cutting part 6, and a cutting blade 9 is disposed at a position to engage with the cutting blade 7 in the cutting part 6. Stoppers 10a and 10b depend from the two sides of the cutting blade 7.
