Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of hand-made preparation of deluxe edition and normal bookbinding covers by using a cover frame mold to easily prepare various kinds of books as equal as marketed products by individuals or groups.SOLUTION: A paper trimmer is provided with a back face auxiliary plate on the book back cover side and a top face paper trim plate on the top face side in a paper mount table, and these serve as supports to trim book sheets of paper centering around the back cover side. Sheets of paper fixed by the paper trimmer are fitted with sizing binder at positions in contact with the paper mount table to make sizing binder fastening positions constant, and after sheets of paper are retained by fastening, the paper trimmer is removed and transferred to a paper receiver port 41 to place sheets of paper crimped and fixed by the sizing binder with the sizing faces of sheets of paper turned up, and to apply a heat melt adhesive to gaps between paper layers, and further, shaping adhesion is performed on the back cover by heat crimping with a heating plate 42 and a heating binder 43 and further pressurizing and heating is performed also at the cooling stage to cool down for bookbinding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
