Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer a vacuum cleaner which is equipped with a hose containing electric power source supply wire and a brush attachment suitable for a pipe connection.
CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum cleaner with a hose containing electric power source supply wire and a pipe connection, protrusions 5 are formed on both sides of the top 32 on the user's side of the connection of the hose or the pipe connection as well as a brush attachment 6 pivoting by being supported by such protrusions 5 and equipped with a brush 62 on one side and a covering board to cover a power source connecting terminal on the other side is formed. The power source connecting terminal has a female structure, while, on the covering board, a protrusion to be inserted into a female terminal is formed. Thus the facility is improved as the brush attachment 6 may always remain attached to the connection and, at the time of use, the protrusion is inserted into the power source connecting terminal, eliminating the problem of defective contact caused by adhesion of dusts.
