Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand tool capable of preventing exfoliation of a buffer member generated by influences of frictional heat and frictional force at the time of a grinding work.
SOLUTION: A grinding hand tool 10 is provided with a main body 14 having roughly flat supporting surface 12 and a thin sheet buffer member 16b fixed to the supporting surface 12 of the main body 14. The buffer member 16 is provided with an internal layer material 30 to be fixed to the supporting surface 12 of the main body 14 via adhesive and an external layer material 32 which is laminated on and joined to the internal layer material 30. The external layer material 32 partitions a roughly flat sticking surface 34 to/from which abrasive cloth and paper with adhesive is attachable/detachable stuck to the outside face. The internal layer material 30 is formed by a foaming body of soft resin materials such as vinyl chloride resin and urethane resin. The external layer material 32 is formed by a sheet of a resin material which is the same as the internal layer material 30 and is harder than the material 30 and is joined to the internal layer material 30 without using adhesive by a fusion process such as a high frequency adhesion process.
