PURPOSE: To perform handling of a plurality of kinds of works by integrally providing a plurality of kinds of suction nozzles and driving the suction nozzles individually or through combination thereof in a manner to match a plurality of kinds of object parts, in a device to vacuum-suck and hold an object part through a suction nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A hand 1 mounted on an electronic part mounting apparatus comprises a hand body 2, a plurality of suction nozzles 3 (two nozzles in the figure), and an actuator 4 to drive the suction nozzles 3. Each suction nozzle 3 has an outer peripheral surface slidably fitted in a nozzle support 5 arranged to the hand body 2, and the internal space 11 of each suction nozzle 3 is communicated to a suction hole 6 on the body side through a suction hole 10 on the nozzle side and a suction window 8. The size of each suction nozzle 3 is set to a value matching the size of the smallest work of a plurality of kinds of works. The actuator 4 is coupled to the suction nozzle 3 through a transmission shaft 12 and controlled for drive according to the size of an object part.
