Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve working efficiency on production and stable holding of strength, by holding a spoke with bended edge of plate while welding the two at a place separate from a rim edge part of the holding place.

CONSTITUTION: A handle core is constituted with a rim 1 and a spoke 2a. The spoke 2a is being bended and the edge is welded the rim 1. Also a plate 4 having rectangle shape is welded on a hub 3 with vertical direction to the shaft. Both edge sides of the plate 4 are processed to be same shape with the outside of spoke 2 to form spoke holding part 41, and the other end of spoke 2a is held in the part 41. The spoke 2a and the plate 4 are also welded at the opposite edge B1 to the rim 1. By so doing, as a junction part a, in where a maximum stress is created when a external force is applied, is not welded, it enables to keep a set strength.
