This handle grip A is so constructed that a female screw part 2 is provided at one end part of a handle grip main body 1, and a detent part 3 is projected near the female screw part 2. Hole parts 5, 6 are provided in positions of a panel main body corresponding to the female screw part 2 and the detent part 3 to fit the handle grip A to the panel 4. With the fitting device for the handle grip to the panel, the female screw part 2 of the handle grip A is screwed in the front and the rear of the panel 4.
