Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door handle lock device for an automatic vending machine that is high in burglar prevention which is improved so that a high security can be secured for an unauthorized unlatching. SOLUTION: This device consists of an assembly of a handle case 12 installed on an external door, a pop-up system lever handle 13 assembled on the handle case, and a key cylinder 14 assembled in a pivot part, it is made that the lever handle 13 performs a pop-up action and is projected forward by unlatching the cylinder 14 and a closing mechanism of a door is released by turning the handle 13 under this condition. In this case, security and burglar prevention of an automatic vending machine are improved by adding and providing the handle case 12 with an auxiliary key cylinder 16, interlocking so that the pop-up action of the lever handle 13 is blocked by the auxiliary key cylinder 16, and making it that a handle operation cannot be performed unless both the key cylinder 14 and the auxiliary key cylinder 16 are unlatched.
