PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the appearance by inserting the projections into a pair of slots mounted on a facing of an upper face of a bag corresponding to a pair of projections, to be projected from the upper face of the bag, inserting one edge of a link into an inner peripery of the projection, and inserting the other edge into a handle. SOLUTION: A slot of which a central interval is almost equal to a projection of a supporting plate, and which is slightly bigger than the shape of the projection, is mounted on a facing 20. The supporting plate is applied on a rear face of the facing 20 in such manner that the projection of the supporting plate is projected from a slot surface of the facing 20, and a rear facing is fixed by the seam. Both edges of a handle 30 comprise the mounting holes 31 in a transverse direction, and a bar 41 of a link 40 is rotatably inserted into the mounting holes 31. A screw hole 42a is formed on one of the points of an arm 42 extended from the both edges of the bar 41, and an ordinary hole 42b is formed on the other point. A pin 43 is inserted from the hole 42b to an inner periphery 11a of the projection, and a male screw 43a mounted on one edge of the pin 43 is engaged with the screw hole 42a of the arm 42, to fix the pin 43. Whereby the handle 30 and the projection of the supporting plate can be slidably connected through the link 40.
