A control machine 10 comprises lateral handles 20 and 20 mounted on a handle frame 19 fixed to a machine body through a handle regulation part 30. The handle regulation part 30 comprises a handle retaining part 31 formed by arranging upper and lower brackets 34 and 35 in opposition to each other and having a handle retaining hole 36 formed therein and a lock member 32 capable of mounting the handle retaining part 41 on the handle frame 19. When the lock member 32 is loosened by the rotating operation of the lock handle 33, the handle retaining part 31 is slightly lifted up, and a recessed part 40 on the inside of the lower bracket 35 is pulled out of the head part 43 of a positioning bolt 42, the handle retaining part 31 can be rotated within the horizontal plane to the handle frame 19, whereby the handle 20 can be rotated and regulated within the horizontal plane.
