Abstract:
PURPOSE: To relieve an impact caused in a handle part during cycling by means of a simple structure and to reduce costs.
CONSTITUTION: A handle stem 20 consists of a handle column 4 and a projection part supporting a handle bar 10, and in the handle column 4, the handle bar 10 is installed via the projection part, and the projection part consists of a supporting body 4a projectingly fixed in the handle column 4, a supporting member 11 supporting the handle bar 10, a rubber bush type torsion damper connecting the supporting body 4a and the supporting member 11 together flexibly, and the like.
