Abstract:

To efficiently carry out preliminary work of weaving by warping by utilizing a handloom body.

The handloom has the handloom body constituted of a left frame material 11, a right frame material 12, a yarn-winding rod 13 bridging the front parts of the right and left frame materials, and a cloth-winding rod 14 bridging the rear parts of the right and left frame materials so as to form a rectangular shape, and a heddle 15 arranged between the yarn-winding rod and the cloth-winding rod. Many fitting holes 16 are formed in each outside faces of the right and left frame materials 12 and 11 at a prescribed interval in the length direction of the handloom from the cloth-winding rod 14 side to the yarn-winding rod 13 side, and shaft materials 28 and the like are inserted into the fitting holes. Warp yarns 17 are hooked on the resultant shaft materials 28 and the like and stretched between the right and left frame materials to form a yarn bundle having a prescribed length, and the yarn bundle is unloosed and stretched between the yarn-winding rod and the cloth-winding rod.
