To provide a liner handrail for a deep foundation capable of being adapted to liner plates of a variety of installation diameters by fixing and connecting the handrail of the deep foundation to holes of the top end of an existing liner plate with a bolt and allowing an air duct to be lowered in the shaft without bending.

Equilateral angle steel members with open bolt holes are installed to the lower ends of steel pipes which are equally arranged in parallel, and steel plates for rock fall prevention are installed to a side surface. Equilateral angle steel members are installed to an upper end, and steel plates B with open bolt holes are installed at both ends. The steel pipes are cut in a circular shape in accordance with the size of the air duct, and a circular steel plate is installed to a cut surface.
