To provide a handrail device with a chair which is easy to operate and very safe when used.
The handrail device with a chair includes a handrail body 1 and a chair body 2 vertically turnably attached between middle step parts 11a of the handrail body 1, and a person sits on the chair body 2 by being extended from the handrail body 1 in an unfolded attitude and is stored to the handrail side 1 in a storage attitude. A user arbitrarily selects and uses a handrail function for supporting movements, such as walking, by gripping a handrail part 12 in the state that the chair body 2 is set to the storage attitude, a chair function for setting the chair body 2 to the unfolded attitude to allow the user to sit down, or a handrail-chair complex function for enabling the user seated on the chair body 2 in the state that the chair body 2 is set to the unfolded attitude to assist a change of his or her own posture by gripping the handrail part 12, so that use-value of the handrail device with a chair is diversified and convenience of the user is improved.
